Appraisal Logging Issue FHA Connection
Someone put same appraisal information for 1st and 2nd appraisal – not sure why or how that happened other then they didn’t follow the direction
Went to case processing – appraisal logging then to the
bottom – click on Second appraisal
Button pops up click ok another pops up – click ok and now
you are in the 2nd appraisal logging section and there is a hyper
link “View Electronic Appraisal – and it is in there you can open the 2nd
one and complete or validate the form.
Once completed this will come up
