Borrower Esign Account not showing a loan attached

When the borrower Receives a message of "There are no loans in progress yet" this indicates they have not authenticated their loan with their account. To fix this issue do the Following
1. Resend the Econsent to the borrower who isnt showing a loan
2. Have them click the link in the email they receive and login using the credentials they created
3. They will be prompted for an authentication code, which will be the last 4 digits of their social security number

This will link the loan to their account
