When the disclosure tracking screen shows that all parties have completed their disclosures they should appear as ready to retrieve in the Efolder after clicking the Retrieve button.

If nothing appears it can mean that someone possibly tried to retrieve the documents already and they did not successfully download. 

When this happens click the retrieve button again and then check the box in the top right corner  Show previously downloaded items.  This will allow you to redownload those documents to the efolder.
