User's receiving the following Error

The error is a result of a Microsoft Windows update that removes a critical connection.  

To Resolve:

Open the Windows Features application This can be found in the Control Panel

When the box opens expand the .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services and the WCF Services Tabs

Make sure the HTTP Activation shown below is checked.

Once Done Click OK and wait for the system to complete the update
