Resending the verification link for a borrowers esign account
Go to the Consumer Connect Admin Dashboard from the Encompass Home page
Once the portal opens up make sure you click on the borrower lookup tab on the left
At the top of the screen make sure the Company listed is the one you work for EX. Geneva Financial
In the lookup drop down choose your method for looking up the borrower. Once you find your borrower information if the Verified box states NO you can click the button labeled resend
***Please remember the verification link expires after a short time so its important to make sure your borrower is available to click it.
