Good Morning,

This is happening because the link  you provided the borrower were for a loan under GFI instead of FBL which is the loan officers DBA company.  Instead the borrower will need to do the following to access the FBL login screen

1. Have them go to https://fidelityblueline.mymortgage-online.com/

2. Click the Login button in the top right corner

This will enable them to login to the correct DBA and they will see their package

FBL
