Structuring a Loan as HomeReady is done as follows

The loan program should be listed as: GFI Conv Fxd Rate

The designation for HomeReady is made on the Fannie Mae Streamline 1003 form.  Scroll down to the Community Lending section and complete as shown below.

This will tell DU when you run the loan it is a HomeReady product.
