As part of Ellie Mae’s ongoing update to Encompass, you will notice when logging in this morning that there is a different screen that pops up.  This will look vastly different but is really the same information as before.

1. The top line is for our Instance ID -   This will auto populate but in the event it is blank use : BE11171770
2. Encompass Username -  Normally this will be your first initial/last name
3. Encompass Password

Please make sure you click the Remember Me box and use the LOGIN Button
