Adding the TBD Milestone Template for Credit Preapprovals requires 3 things to be done prior to adding the milestone template

1.  The loan must be a purchase 

2.  The property address must be TBD

3.  The Preapproval requested dropdown in the Required Fields Section of the Application Started Milestone must be marked as Preapproval Requested. (This can also be found on the HMDA Data screen in the top section)

Once you have completed the 3 items above you will do the following

1.  Click the Loan Tab at the top of the screen

2.  Select Manage Milestone Templates

3.  Next Select Apply Milestone Template

A box will open up.  You will select the Credit Preapproval Template from the list 

Click the OK boxes that pop up.  Remember to go to the first milestone in the new template and add yourself as the loan officer.  If you dont you will lose access to the file.
