Unable to run credit -Check for server certificate revocation

Solution Details:

This issue can be resolved by disabling the "Check for server certificate revocation" setting in Internet Explorer.

In Internet Explore click Tools and select Internet Options.
Click Advanced.
Scroll down the list to the "Security" section and uncheck Check for serer certificate revocation.
Close Internet Explorer and attempt to order credit again.
