We have added the following new custom form in Encompass to be used for all USDA loans to assist loan officers with input and structuring.   We have worked with Underwriting and integrated the additional forms they were requiring be sent out and added the questions to the new Additional Information Form.   Also we have put together a how to training for USDA loans for the loan officer.  This instructional will be used in addition to the basic loan input instructions.  Please read through the attached.

 

The new form will be available today in encompass once you log out and back in and can be found in the Forms Tab titled  USDA Additional Information
